From Wall Street Journal:

On November 19, President Obama unveiled a $100 million competition aimed at finding new ways to better prepare high school students for the global high-tech economy. Youth CareerConnect will deliver 25 to 40 competitive grants of $2 million to $7 million to teams of secondary schools and higher education institutions that build programs that prepare students for the job market. Winning schools and colleges would have to provide at least a 25 percent match of their grant awards. More information can be found here.
